What if I can’t afford to stage my house until my house sells?

 

That’s the beauty of our deferred payment program. With just a small upfront deposit, you can pay for a portion of your staging at the closing table.

How long does it take?

It usually takes us three business days*

*from when work begins, which is sometimes different than contract-signing date.
